BANGKOK, 20 July 2018: Golfasian, a specialist inbound golf tour operator, has launched its 2019 golf and culture hosted tours in three popular Southeast Asian destinations.

The tours feature golf and cultural attractions in southern Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

It released details in its latest email newsletter to partners just a week ahead of the Thailand Golf Travel Mart that will be hosted by the Tourism Authority of Thailand in Phuket, 23 to 26  July.

The 2019 tours are limited to a maximum of 20 participants each and combine golf at top courses and sightseeing to cultural attractions in the vicinity covering multiple resorts and cities.

Packages prices include accommodation with breakfast plus ground transportation, green fees, carts, caddies and all domestic flights. Meal details are outlined in the tour itineraries varying according to the destination chosen.

Dates and details
Southern Thailand Golf & Discovery Tour 24 February – 10 March 2019.
The 15-day tour offers eight rounds of golf spread out at courses in Kanchanaburi, Hua Hin and Phuket. The cost per golfer is THB106,100 twin-share, or THB140,400 single occupancy.

Vietnam Hidden Golf & Culture Trails 14 – 27 April 2019.
The 14-day tour covers top destinations in Vietnam, including Danang and offers seven rounds of golf. Cost: USD3,300 twin-share, or USD4,690 single occupancy.

Cambodia: Kingdom of Wonder, Angkor Wat & Beyond 26 January – 5 February 2019.
The 11-day tour covers six rounds of golf; four in Siem Reap and two in Phnom Penh. Cost: USD2,050 twin-share, or USD2750 for single occupancy.

Golfasian says tours can be customised for specific groups on request. Otherwise, the tours run if bookings make the minimum threshold financially, which is not stated.

Bookings made by 30 September earn a discount of THB 8,000 or USD 250 off the tour price. IAGTO agents and tour operators earn commissions for every confirmed booking.
