Nok names new chiefs

BANGKOK, 19 June 208: Nok Air has appointed new chief officers to head it financials and commercial affairs.

The airline’s chief executive officer, Piya Yodmani, reported the appointments to the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.

Trading on Thailand’s stock exchange as a public listed company, the airline identified Pawinee Chayavuttikulas as its chief financial officer.

Thaveechai Ashareyaphadkul has been appointed chief commercial officer effective 15 June.

For the three-month period ending March 31, 2018, the airline’s consolidated and separate financial statements showed a net loss of THB 1.18 million and THB 32.07 million.

However, the Company has released details of a management restructuring, consolidation and improved utilisation of its fleet as well as an expansion of routes to improve its balance sheet.
