HANOI, 29 March 2018: ASIA DMC is cooperating with Seeza Destination Network, a destination management company based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Having established offices in most ASEAN countries, Asia DMC is now recognised as regional inbound travel specialist in the region for inbound travel.
A soft partnership with South African-based Seeza cones as a surprise, but it falls well short of an equity participation focusing rather on sales and marketing as well as contracting.
ASIA DMC’s sister company, Bhaya Group operates cruise boars on Halong Bay which could benefit from sales and marketing in the South African outbound travel market.
This initiative between the two companies will improve the two organisations’ operations in a range of areas, including contracting, customer services, sales and marketing, MICE and event planning.
The collaboration should allow ASIA DMC to increase sales in South African and bring more South African tourists to Vietnam.
Seeza Destination Network’s founder and director, Septi Bukula visited Hanoi and signed the cooperation deal with ASIA DMC’s managing director earlier this month.
Seeza is a network dedicated to connecting small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) tour and travel companies via meetings, conferences, events, incentives and leisure travel. It currently has approximately 40 members across South Africa.
