BANGKOK, 6 September 2021: THAI Airways International released details at the weekend of its flight schedule for September for international flights that will operate in compliance with security and health standards procedures set out by Thailand’s Covid-19 Situation Administration, the Ministry of Public Health and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
Meanwhile, the airline has reinstated its 24-hour THAI Contact Centre (TCC) services since 1 September. For more information about flight schedules, reservations and ticketing services, customers can now call 0-2356-1111, 24 hours a day or send an email to email@example.com.
However, on the airline’s Facebook page, complaints suggest the airline fails to answer the phone and has not dealt with requests for refunds despite making promises to its customers that refunds would be processed once the airline’s financial restructuring plan took shape. According to Facebook comments travellers still encounter delays in securing refunds for tickets that could not be used due to the airline’s temporary suspension of services since March 2020.
