Khiri launches new website

LONDON, 5 November 2018: Asia travel specialist, Khiri Travel, has unveiled its new website ahead of the World Travel Market trade show that opens today.

The new site at makes it easier to find solutions for sustainable travel options in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

It underlines Khiri’s commitment to adopt responsible tourism principles.

In business for 25 years, the travel firm has adopted sustainable tourism principles and is also reducing the use of single use plastic on all of its tours.

Departing from just promoting travel, Khiri Travel’s  new website addresses issues such as animals in tourism, do’s and don’ts in Myanmar and child safe tourism. Khiri is Travelife certified.

To inspire the travel trade the new site can be explored through sections dedicated to culinary, adventure, people, family, news and events, responsible and sustainable travel.

“Responsible travel practices are at the core of our Khiri’s travel experiences for the travel trade and our new website shows this,” said Khiri Travel founder. Willem Niemeijer.

“Over the last 25 years we have made a firm commitment to social and environmental sustainability in a part of Asia known for its great beauty, charm and cultural variety,” he said.

Khiri Travel will be present at WTM London at booth AS603 in the south hall 5 to 7 November.
