BANGKOK, 16 July 2018: Thai Airways International and the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo, organised an exclusive “Royal Silk Night at the Thai Residence” to thank THAI’s premium customers.
The event was attended by THAI Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) Platinum and Gold card members resident in Japan.
VIP guests also attended the event, such as ASEAN-member country ambassadors as well as prominent high-ranking officials from Japanese public and private sectors.

“The Sound of Siam,” a well-known band, performed a mini jazz concert and a reception was held in the Japanese garden of the Thai Ambassador’s Residence.
Thai cuisine was served and there was a lucky draw for a chance to win a roundtrip ticket to fly with THAI in Royal Silk Class from Japan to Bangkok as well as other prizes.
