Cebu Pacific shifts terminals

SINGAPORE, 2 July 2018; Cebu Pacific Air began operating all of its international flights from its Mactan-Cebu International Airport Terminal 2, effective 1 July.

Domestic flights to and from Cebu will continue to use  MCIA’s Terminal 1.

The first flights from MICA T2 commenced at 0200, 1 July. CEB now joins 21 other carriers with international flights to and from Cebu’s resort-themed terminal.

The last inbound flight to use MCIA T1 was from South Korea.

Shuttle buses are providing passengers transfers between the two terminals every 10 minutes.

The new MICA T2 will boost passenger capacity of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport to at least 12.5 million passengers per year.

Cebu Pacific is the largest carrier operating at MCIA with 385 flights weekly. Cebu is one of six CEB hubs in the Philippines and the largest after its Manila hub.

From Cebu, Cebu Pacific offers direct flights to Manila, Clark, Davao, Puerto Princesa, General Santos, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Ozamiz, Tacloban, Surigao, Butuan, Camiguin, Siargao, Legaspi, Dumaguete, Tandag, Calbayog, Pagadian, Zamboanga, Dipolog, Incheon, Hong Kong, Narita and Singapore.

Flights that moved to T2:
Cebu-Narita; Cebu-Hong Kong; Cebu-Incheon; Cebu-Singapore.
