PG tackles check-in queues

BANGKOK, 5 February 2018: Bangkok Airways has recently introduced ‘Call Centre Check-in’ in a bid to reduce queues at the check-in counters at its Suvarnabhumi airport home base.

The new service is free and available to all domestic passengers.

Passengers can check-in online, or use kiosk check-ins, but there are still long queues at airline counters at Thailand’s biggest airport.

To use the service, passengers, simply contact Bangkok Airways Call Centre at Tel 1771 (open 24 hours.)

Call centre check-in is available 24 hours before the flight departure and closes two hours before the departure time.
