THAI celebrates Bengaluru service

BANGKOK, 6 August 2019: Thai Airways International celebrated the 15th anniversary of flights to Bengaluru in India, last week.

The celebration in Bengaluru was hosted at the city’s Shangri-La, Bengaluru to thank partners for their continued support and to introduce Thai Smile the short-haul low-cost airline owned by THAI.

More than 200 travel agents, cargo agents, airport authorities, and corporate customers attended the event.

THAI started flights to Bengaluru in 2004 with initially four flights a week. Currently, the airline flies daily to Bengaluru with th4e service out of India connecting with onward flights to Bali, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, China, and cities in the Mekong region. THAI and Thai Smile operates flights to eight cities in India.
