BANGKOK, 22 July 2019: A makeover session unfolded last week at Thai Airways International’s “Shinning Day Look Good” celebration.
Thai Airways International ground customer services managing director, Manusnunt Sitthijirasin, presided over the opening ceremony of “TG Shining Day Look Good in Every Mood” to educate staff on personality and image development.
Experts presented tips geared to improving satisfaction at all of the customer touchpoints in Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
At the event, personality development sessions were held for THAI employees in full uniform, with a photo exhibition of employees dressed full uniform.
Apart from the usual makeup tutorials, staff joined a “Professional Image: Gracefully THAI Ways” workshop led by THAI vice president of aviation services support department Suvadhana Sibunruang and THAI managing director of the catering department Varangkana Luerojvong.
