BANGKOK, 27 September 2018: Dusit Thani International’s recently acquired vacation rental company, Elite Havens, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring 17 properties under the Japanese holiday rental management firm, Niseko Boutiques.
Elite Havens has a strong portfolio of 200 plus rental villas in tropical beach destinations such as Bali, Phuket, Samui, Lombok, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Now it adds villas in Niseko through a tie-up with Niseko Boutiques that has managed holiday rentals for nine years in the famous ski resort town on Japan’s northern Hokkaido Island.
With panoramic views of the dormant volcano, Mount Yotei, resorts in Niseko attract international ski enthusiasts not only for its powdery snow, but also for its numerous hot springs, known as onsen, located in the surrounding mountains.
Niseko is blessed with some of the best snow conditions throughout the ski season (December to April) thanks to winds blowing down from Siberia blending with moisture rising from the Sea of Japan.
Elite Havens will manage all villas in the newly acquired Niseko Boutiques portfolio, which includes luxury lodges, traditional ski chalets and modern apartments, all offering views of picturesque Mount Yotei.
