GALLE, Sri Lanka, 15 October 2019: Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives was named Leading All-Inclusive Resort at the South Asian Travel Association’s 4th Annual – SATA Awards 2019.
The winners were announced at a gala evening ceremony held recently in Galle, Sri Lanka.
This year’s SATA Awards featured more than 700 nominations across a wide range of hospitality industry segments, including travel industry enterprises, hotels, tour operators, and service providers located in SATA’s six-member nations, namely Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
SATA award winners are determined through a combination of industry and peer judging panels, voting by travel industry representatives, and an online poll of travel consumers.
This is the second consecutive year that Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives has been honoured by SATA.
At the 2018 SATA Awards, the resort received the prestige award for Leading F&B Resort.
