TG switches aircraft on Kunming route

BANGKOK, 25 May 2019: Thai Airways International will switch aircraft on its Bangkok-Kunming route 1 May replacing an Airbus A330-300 with a Boeing 777-200 for the summer timetable through to the end of October. 

The airline serves Kunming the capital city of Yunnan province China, with a daily service.

The flight will depart at 1045 and arrive in Kunming at 1400. The return flight departs Kunming at 1520 and arrives in Suvarnabhumi airport Bangkok at 1630.

THAI competes head-on with AirAsia and China Eastern as all three airlines offer direct services from Bangkok to Kunming.

Roundtrip airfares to Kunming range from USD113 on AirAsia to USD186 on China Eastern and USD248 on Thai Airways.
