Sublime Scallops at the Big Fish & Bar, 1700 to 2230, 1 to 30 September.
Fresh scallops will be served at Big Fish & Bar. The resort’s award-winning chef, Xavier Charest-Réhel, has created five dishes. They are: Coquilles Saint-Jacque; pan-seared scallops with strawberry jalapeño salsa; stir-fried scallops with Thai herbs & spices (Pad-Cha); scallop carpaccio with Thai gin; and pan-seared scallops with cauliflower, truffle and crispy shallots. Dishes start from THB 450++.
Beach n’ Vine: Wine Trade Dinner, Hua Hin Beach, 1800 to 2100, 7 September.
Enjoy an evening of fine wines on Hua Hin Beach. Sample a selection of 30 premium wines, paired with delicious dishes from Chef Mario. Guests will also have a chance to meet wine professionals and purchase bottles to take home. This special culinary occasion cost THB1,490++ per person.

The resort’s “Body Detoxifier Ritual” harnesses these benefits in a series of treatments, including a foot ritual, marine inhalation, clay mask and a choice of massages. This package is priced at THB 4,200 net.
