HANOI, 18 July 2018: Vietnam Airlines will add more seat capacity on its Hanoi-Nagoya route by switching some of the services to a Boeing Dreamliner 787.
Currently, the airline serves Nagoya, Japan, with a daily Airbus A321 flight.
According to airlineroute timetable information the airline will switch four of its weekly flights to the larger Boeing Dreamliner, effective 28 October.
Vietnam Airlines’ A321 has 174 seats compared with 274 seats on the Dreamliner.
The airline will fly a three-class version of the Dreamliner on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday giving the route 304 more seats to sell weekly.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the two-class A321 will continue to serve route.
