Amadeus in the cloud with Adobe

-

SINGAPORE, 25 June 2018: Amadeus says its latest partnership will help airlines to improve customer loyalty and improve the digital experience.

Amadeus announced, Friday, the company is partnering with Adobe to offer its ‘Experience Cloud’ to airlines to improve the way they reach out and interact to customers using digital technology across any mobile device or laptops.

Amadeus director digital airlines, John Lonergan says: “Imagine what traveller experiences could be created by combining airline technology platform with leading a digital experience platform.”

Adobe Experience Cloud will open opportunities for airlines to deliver customised entertainment to travellers across any digital channel such as a laptop, an iPad at check-in, a smartphone, or even the video screen on the back of an aircraft seat.

Leading travel and hospitality brands already use Adobe Experience Cloud. The partnership with Amadeus will allow it to reach out to airlines to offer a similar service.

Airlines will pay for the service, which does not come cheap, as Adobe charges by user for its incloud products and services.
