BANGKOK, 23 March 2016:TTM, a trade show at the heart of Thailand’s sales promotions.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand has positioned Thailand Travel Mart Plus Amazing Gateway to the Greater Mekong Subregion’ (TTM+) as the country’s premier B2B event.

It has grown in stature since it was first hosted in 2001 to become the top-flight trade event, not only for Thailand, but also for neighbouring Mekong Region countries that are invited to share their travel content with international buyers. Read more

More buyers to source new products

BANGKOK, 23 March 2016:A record number of 570 international buyers have registered to attend the 15th Thailand Travel Mart Plus Amazing Gateway to the Greater Mekong Subregion to be held for the first time in the northern Thai capital of Chiang Mai, 8 to 10 June, 2016.

They will have pre-arranged appointments with Thailand’s top sellers, mainly hotels, as well as strong participation from tour suppliers, tourist attractions and specialised soft adventure companies.

The event, which will also be opened for first time to ASEAN national tourism organisations, has gained registration from 570 buyers, of which 325 are first time attendees. Read more

CMECC: Host venue

BANGKOK, 23 March 2016:CMECC gains its first international B2B travel trade event.

Opened in 2013, Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre, or CMECC, is one of the largest convention and exhibition centres in Southeast Asia.

It takes up an overall indoor space of 60,000 sqm making it the largest convention centre outside of Bangkok. Read more

TTM visits North Thailand for first time

BANGKOK, 23 March 2016:After 14 consecutive years of being held in Bangkok, the 15th Thailand Travel Mart Plus Amazing Gateway to the Greater Mekong Subregion will be hosted for the first time in the northern Thai capital of Chiang Mai.

To be held between 8 to 10 June, at the Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre (CMECC), the event will bear the theme of “Smile with Us.”

Organised annually by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the TTM+ is Thailand’s largest annual B2B tourism and travel trade event. Over the years, it has proven to be an essential sales channel for exhibiting new travel products and services emerging all around the country and the Mekong Region, especially for small and medium sized enterprises.
