Condor names GSA in Malaysia

-

KUALA LUMPUR, 18 June 2018: Aviareps has secured Condor’s representation account for Malaysia, ahead of the airline’s plan to fly to Kuala Lumpur.

The German-based leisure travel airline is part of the Thomas Cook Group.

Condor is due to start a nonstop service from Frankfurt to Kuala Lumpur this October using a Boeing 767.

Flights will offer business, premium economy and economy classes and sales will be open for Malaysian and foreigners in the country to book flights to Frankfurt.

The German leisure airline serves 80 destinations worldwide and Aviareps has now been designated its exclusive general sales agency for Malaysia.

The GSA agreement was signed earlier this month, making Aviareps responsible for all of Condors sales, promotions and marketing activities in Malaysia.

Aviareps has 66 offices in 48 countries worldwide.

The route is Condor’s first to Asia and the airline will offer three weekly nonstop services from Kuala Lumpur to Frankfurt. It will be the only nonstop service between the two countries.

Condor’s appointment of Aviareps in Malaysia follows the company’s ongoing  representation of the airline in Latin America.

Aviareps director Southeast Asia, Kelvin Ong said: “We are honoured to be representing Condor in Malaysia, offering three classes of travel to suit all types of travellers travelling to the Frankfurt hub with value-for-money deals.”
