Singapore talent travels inside out

SINGAPORE, 21 July 2017: Singapore Tourism Board takes its Singapore: Inside Out to two new cities; Tokyo and Sydney this year to showcase the island nation’s creative arts and talent.

The Tokyo event will be hosted 25 to 27 August and Sydney, 3 to 5 November.

Unlike the 2015 events, they will be curated with host city’s audiences in mind, and will feature a strong line-up of talents from both Singapore and the host city. Read more

Hanoi tunes Opera House events

HANOI, 16 February 2017: Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has proposed two new tourism packages that showcase performances at the historical Opera House in a move to offer quality entertainment for visitors to the Vietnamese capital.

Local media reported the proposal complies with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s decision to organise regular shows for tourists at the venue.

Officials said Hanoi’s should be a capital of culture and quality entertainment that reflects the best of Vietnam’s heritage and arts. Read more

Colours of Doi Tung

CHIANG RAI, 11 December 2015: Colours of Doi Tung Festival returns this month extending its appeal with the country’s highest walking street located at an elevation of 1,000 metres, close to  the summit of Doi Tung.

The peak’s walking street will feature roadside stalls selling handicrafts and art, food, every weekend through to 31 January 2016.

As a bonus the walking street will open for an entire week 26 December to 3 January. Read more
