BANGKOK, 5 November 2026: Bangkok Airways has achieved the Five-Star Excellence rating, the highest in the 2026 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR), conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This recognition reflects the company’s continued commitment to conducting its business in accordance with good corporate governance principles, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, ethical business practices and responsibility to all stakeholders.
