A third-generation hotelier, Handl brings more than three decades of international experience across luxury hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments. His career spans senior leadership roles with globally recognised brands, including Park Hyatt, The Ritz-Carlton, Aman, and Rosewood, with experience across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

With a professional foundation in food and beverage, Handl combines strong operational expertise with commercial leadership across sales, marketing, and multi-property management. His international upbringing and extensive experience in Asia support a culturally attuned leadership style aligned with the expectations of today’s global luxury traveller.

He joins Dusit from Abu Dhabi National Hotels, where he oversaw a portfolio of 15 properties across 10 international brands, further strengthening his expertise in multi-asset operations, asset management, and brand positioning in complex, competitive markets.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Dusit, as the company builds on the early success of its reimagined flagship hotel, which reopened in September 2024 following a complete redevelopment that honours the original property’s rich heritage. Since then, it has already received a Michelin Key for its accommodations and service, and a Michelin Star for its signature restaurant, Cannubi by Umberto Bombana.

Dusit is now preparing for the phased introduction of its branded residences, Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside, at Dusit Central Park. These offer two distinct luxury living concepts within the same tower overlooking Lumpini Park, combining classic, heritage-inspired luxury residences with contemporary, lifestyle-led living. Unit transfers are expected to unlock significant value for the company.

Founded in 1949, Dusit International has evolved into a diversified hospitality company spanning hotels and resorts, hospitality education, food, real estate development, and hospitality-related services. Today, its portfolio includes 290 hotels, resorts, and luxury villas across 18 countries, representing more than 11,800 rooms under nine distinctive brands.

Central to Dusit’s sustainability strategy is Tree of Life, a group-wide programme that guides responsible growth while creating positive environmental and social impact. Aligned with key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Climate Action, Responsible Consumption, and Community Engagement, the framework integrates sustainability across hotel operations, from energy and water efficiency to waste management, employee and guest well-being, and community initiatives.

As part of its commitment, Dusit has introduced property-level energy management systems to improve efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Renewable energy solutions, including solar photovoltaic installations, are already in place at several properties, including Dusit Thani Maldives, Dusit Beach Resort Guam, Dusit Thani Kyoto, ASAI Kyoto Shijo, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort.

Water stewardship is supported by water conservation measures and wastewater treatment systems, with treated water reused for irrigation and landscaping where possible. The group has also introduced measures to reduce single-use plastics, including refillable amenities, reusable water bottles, and more sustainable packaging alternatives.

To address food waste, Dusit applies a three-pronged approach focused on minimising waste during preparation, redistributing surplus food through local partnerships where feasible, and composting organic waste for use in gardens and community projects.

Beyond environmental initiatives, Dusit continues to advance responsible tourism practices. The company joined The Code – The Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism – in 2018, integrating preventive measures into its policies and conducting staff training across its hotels in Thailand.

The company has also signed the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Declaration on Illegal Trade in Wildlife, reinforcing its commitment to responsible sourcing and a zero-tolerance approach to illegal wildlife products.

Community engagement remains a key pillar of the group’s approach. Through initiatives such as Dusit Smiles, a partnership with Operation Smile Thailand, the company has raised more than THB 13 million since 2010, supporting life-changing surgery and care for over 750 children in Thailand.

“Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important consideration across the travel ecosystem, and it is important that we continue to learn, evolve, and engage with respected organisations helping to shape the future of responsible tourism,” said Dusit International Group CEO and Chairman of the Sustainability Committee Chanin Donavanik. “Joining GSTC marks an important step in our journey as we expand internationally. Through Tree of Life, we aim to create meaningful, long-term value for the destinations and communities we serve.”

BANGKOK, 19 February 2026: Dusit Thani Kyoto, a refined urban sanctuary that blends Thai-inspired gracious hospitality with Japan’s deep-rooted culture of omotenashi — the wholehearted art of looking after guests — has earned two four-star ratings in the 2026 Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards.

The two awards recognise both the hotel experience and its integrated wellness offering in the same evaluation cycle.

The hotel received a four-star rating for the second consecutive year, following its initial recognition in 2025, while its wellness experience, Devarana Wellness, earned a four-star rating for the first time, marking a significant milestone in the hotel’s continued evolution and commitment to refined, experience-led luxury.

Opened in September 2023 as Dusit’s first luxury hotel in Japan, Dusit Thani Kyoto offers guests a serene urban retreat shaped by thoughtful design and careful detailing, where calm confidence, cultural sensitivity, and personalised service are underpinned by an approach that places well-being and sustainability at the heart of the guest journey.

Alongside its integrated wellness offering, which blends traditional Thai therapies with Japanese healing rituals, the same philosophy extends to the hotel’s culinary experiences. Here, seasonality, craftsmanship, and cultural exchange shape dining journeys, including the omakase experience at Kōyō, inspired by Kyoto’s micro-seasons, and the hotel’s signature Thai restaurant, Ayatana, which subtly reflects Dusit’s culinary heritage.

These experiences are supported by a strong focus on mindful sourcing, including fresh herbs and vegetables from a collaboration with Ohara Farm and organic tea leaves from the hotel’s own tea farm in Wazuka, both of which guests can visit as part of immersive nature experiences.

The Forbes Travel Guide recognition builds on a growing body of international acclaim for Dusit Thani Kyoto, including Michelin Key distinctions in 2025 and 2026, as well as a ranking among Japan’s Best City Hotels at the Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2025, reinforcing the hotel’s standing within Japan’s luxury hospitality landscape.

“This latest recognition reflects the steady progress our team has made in delivering service that feels thoughtful and personal across both the hotel stay and our integrated well-being experience,” said Dusit Thani Kyoto and ASAI Kyoto Shijo. Cluster General Manager, Makoto Yamashita. “For us, modern luxury is not about excess. It is about care, cultural understanding, and the confidence to act with intention. Our sense of luxury comes from creating experiences that feel effortless and genuinely welcoming, guided by the same sense of care and responsibility that underpins Dusit’s approach to Thai-inspired gracious hospitality around the world.”

In Japan, in addition to Dusit Thani Kyoto, Dusit operates ASAI Kyoto Shijo, a lifestyle hotel in the city’s Shijo-Karasuma area, near the historic Nishiki Market. Dusit’s presence in the country is set to expand further with the upcoming opening of WE Hotel Lake Toya — Dusit Collection, which will mark the group’s first property in Japan under the luxury Dusit Collection brand and offer a design-led retreat centred on nature, wellness, and understated luxury overlooking Lake Toya in Hokkaido.

About Dusit Thani Kyoto
Opened on 1 September 2023, Dusit Thani Kyoto is Dusit’s first luxury hotel in Japan, located in a historic district near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Nishi Hongwan-ji Temple, approximately 850 metres from Kyoto Station. The hotel features 147 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, designed with a thoughtful blend of Japanese sensibility and Thai-inspired gracious hospitality. The integrated Devarana Wellness experience offers restorative therapies for the mind and body, while curated programmes provide immersive encounters with Kyoto’s cultural and natural richness.

BANGKOK, Thailand, 6 February 2026: Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, is spotlighting a rare convergence of Michelin recognition across its hospitality ecosystem, spanning hotels, dining, and the chefs who have passed through institutions under Dusit Hospitality Education.

While individual Michelin distinctions across Dusit’s portfolio have been announced previously, their collective significance has become increasingly apparent. Together, they reflect a long-term, integrated approach to hospitality, one that links guest experience, culinary excellence, and education under a shared philosophy of Thai-inspired gracious hospitality.

Award-winning alumni (from left): Chef Sittikorn ‘Au’ Chantop, Chef John Chantarasak, Chef Pichaya ‘Pam’ Soontornyanakij, and Chef Parkorn ‘Tan’ Kosiyabong – Michelin-recognised chefs whose careers reflect the professional foundations gained through Dusit’s hospitality education institutions.

A triple Michelin win for hotels

In 2025, Dusit Thani Bangkok, Dusit Thani Kyoto, and Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu hotels were each awarded one Michelin Key from the Michelin Guide, recognising exceptional stays and affirming Dusit’s focus on design integrity, refined service, and experiences shaped by local culture and character.

Dusit Thani Italian restaurant accolade

In parallel, Dusit’s culinary credentials have been strengthened through one Michelin Star awarded to Cannubi by Umberto Bombana at Dusit Thani Bangkok – the first Italian restaurant in Thailand to receive such distinction – reinforcing the group’s position as a curator of world-class dining experiences.

Role of Dusit Thani College alumni recognised

Crucially, this recognition extends beyond hotels and restaurants to the people shaping them. Dusit Thani College, recognised as one of the leading institutions in Thailand and Asia in hospitality and culinary education, has spent more than three decades providing a strong professional foundation for budding chefs who have gone on to build meaningful careers. Its alumni include respected chefs, restaurateurs, and competitors on international platforms such as MasterChef and Iron Chef, reflecting both technical excellence and creative confidence.

In the most recent Michelin Guide selections, this impact has been clearly demonstrated. AKKEE, owned by Chef Sittikorn ‘Au’ Chantop, an alumnus of the International Programme in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, and GOAT Bangkok, owned by Chef Parkorn ‘Tan’ Kosiyabong, an alumnus of the International Programme in Kitchen and Restaurant Management, both received one Michelin Star for the second consecutive year. GOAT Bangkok also received a Michelin Green Star, recognising its leadership in sustainable practices.

Further reflecting the breadth of this talent pipeline, M-O-K, owned by Chef Sirorat ‘Fay’ Thowtho, and AGAVE, owned by Chef Nitinan ‘New’ Mangkala – both alumni of Kitchen and Restaurant Management and based in Ubon Ratchathani, northeast Thailand – were awarded the Bib Gourmand, celebrating quality, value, and regional culinary identity.

This momentum is echoed at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit – Culinary Arts School, Bangkok, a collaboration between Le Cordon Bleu and Dusit that delivers internationally recognised professional training spanning Thai cuisine, classical French cuisine, bakery, pastry, and plant-based gastronomy. Its graduates continue to earn global recognition, including Chef Pichaya ‘Pam’ Soontornyanakij, named Asia’s Best Female Chef 2024 and The World’s Best Female Chef 2025, who once again received a Michelin Star for POTONG, which also ranked No. 13 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, and Chef John Chantarasak, who received one Michelin Star for his inventive interpretation of Thai flavours through a seasonal British lens at AngloThai in London.

“Taken collectively, the Michelin Guide recognitions across our hotels and dining, together with the achievements of chefs who have passed through our education ecosystem, reflect the strength of an approach built on care, craft, and continuity,” said Dusit International Group CEO Chanin Donavanik. “They speak to our belief that Thai-inspired gracious hospitality extends beyond the guest experience – shaping standards, skills, and the foundations on which talent can continue to grow across the industry.”

Alongside Dusit Thani College and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit – Culinary Arts School, Bangkok, Dusit’s commitment to talent development is further reflected in The Food School Bangkok. This industry-aligned culinary school broadens access to professionally relevant education. Bringing together three leading partners – ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts, Tsuji Culinary Institute, and Dusit Thani College – it supports the skills development and professional progression of experienced industry practitioners, as well as entrepreneurs preparing to launch their own restaurants.

“At a time when the global hospitality sector is grappling with talent shortages and rising expectations, we are pleased to be able to contribute to strengthening the industry beyond our own operations,” said Chanin. “Supported by Thailand’s strong food culture, global connectivity, and a favourable environment for students and professionals alike, the institutions we operate help equip talent to succeed across a wide range of hospitality settings. We remain committed to supporting this collective effort in whatever ways we can, with the hope that it continues to be reflected in meaningful outcomes, including recognition on respected global platforms such as the Michelin Guide.”

BANGKOK, 16 January 2026: Dusit International has achieved its strongest development performance to date, recording an all-time high of 24 hotel signings in 2025 and significantly strengthening its global pipeline across key growth markets in Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

The milestone comes at a time when many hotel groups are reassessing expansion strategies amid rising development costs and shifting investor expectations. For Dusit, the record year reflects a clear and deliberate approach to growth – one grounded in brand clarity, disciplined execution, and the ability to bring projects to market efficiently to create early and sustainable value for owners.

While the signings mark a new high point, Dusit’s development strategy continues to prioritise quality over scale alone. Central to this approach is a growing focus on conversions and brownfield developments, which offer faster timelines and earlier returns compared to traditional greenfield projects, while allowing the group to expand its footprint across diverse markets with agility and control.

This capability was demonstrated in several projects that were signed and opened in 2025, including Dusit Hotel AG Park, Chengdu, China; dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives; and Tantawan Tented Camp, Chiang Rai, Thailand. Each reflects Dusit’s ability to execute at speed while maintaining brand standards and delivering distinctive guest experiences aligned with local context.

At the same time, Dusit’s evolving brand architecture has played a key role in supporting international growth. The recent introduction of Devarana – Dusit Retreats, Dusit Collection, and Dusit Hotels has expanded the group’s reach across wellness-led luxury, character-driven high-end stays, and the upper-upscale segment, respectively, allowing Dusit to respond more precisely to the needs of travellers and development partners.

A year of firsts

In Indonesia, the 2025 signing of Kaliwatu Villas & Residences – Dusit Collection, a boutique luxury retreat in Labuan Bajo, the gateway to Komodo National Park, marked Dusit’s first hotel signing in the country.

In Japan, Dusit built on the success of Dusit Thani Kyoto and ASAI Kyoto Shijo with the signing of its first Dusit Collection property in the country: WE Hotel – Dusit Collection, an intimate lakeside retreat with 55 rooms and three private villas on the shores of Lake Toya in Hokkaido.

India also emerged as a major growth market in 2025, with six new properties signed across the Dusit Collection and Dusit Princess brands. The signings span a diverse mix of destinations, from the Himalayan retreats of Solang and Kasol to key urban centres including Kolkata, Raipur, and Bhiwadi, reflecting Dusit’s ambition to build scale across both leisure-led and city markets in the country.

The Maldives also remained a key focus, with the signing of Devarana – Dusit Retreat Maldives building on recent momentum in the market, including the signing and opening of dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives and the ongoing success of Dusit Thani Maldives. The luxury retreat will reinforce Dusit’s long-term commitment to the country and serve as a flagship wellness destination, fully integrating the group’s Devarana Wellness concept.

In the Middle East, Dusit continued to expand its regional presence with the signing of Dusit Hotel Al Ahsa, located within the UNESCO-listed Al Ahsa Oasis, Saudi Arabia.

Dusit’s expansion in the Philippines continued with the signing of ASAI Camaya Coast, a 150-key lifestyle resort hotel at the heart of the 2,000-hectare Camaya Coast destination development in Mariveles, Bataan, alongside Dusit Hotel Greenhills Manila, which will feature 200 guest rooms and world-class facilities across the top ten floors of the 50-storey Primex Tower in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

In Thailand, the signing of Dusit Suites Sriracha and the subsequent opening of Tantawan Tented Camp in Chiang Rai further diversified the domestic portfolio. The latter also reflects Dusit’s group-wide sustainability framework, Tree of Life, through its community-based approach and integration of low-impact design, locally rooted experiences, and measurable social impact.

Dusit also marked its planned return to Myanmar with the signing of the legendary The Strand Hotel – Dusit Collection, Yangon, alongside the lifestyle-led ASAI Yangon, reinforcing its long-term confidence in the market.

Together, these signings have brought Dusit’s active development pipeline to more than 50 properties worldwide, all scheduled to open within the next five years.

Openings on the horizon

Building on the momentum of 2025, Dusit is positioning the group for what could become one of its strongest years of openings in 2026, spanning Asia, the Middle East, and selected emerging markets. Collectively, projects scheduled to open this year are expected to add more than 1,400 rooms to Dusit’s global portfolio.

As with all large-scale development programmes, the timing and sequencing of openings will remain subject to market conditions, regulatory processes, construction readiness, and broader geopolitical considerations in each destination.

Among the projects advancing toward opening during the year are WE Hotel – Dusit Collection, Lake Toya, Japan, alongside The Strand Hotel, Dusit Collection, Yangon, ASAI Yangon, and the phase-one opening of Dusit Princess Al Majma’ah, Riyadh, the group’s first operational hotel in Saudi Arabia.

In Malaysia, building on the momentum of Dusit Princess Melaka, Dusit is advancing plans for ASAI Gamuda Cove, a 280-key lifestyle hotel within a large-scale, eco-focused development near Kuala Lumpur.

Dusit also anticipates further expansion in the Philippines, with Dusit Hotel Greenhills Manila and several Dusit Princess properties across Cebu City, Boracay, and Lipa (Batangas) progressing through development.

Alongside this, ongoing development at Dusit Central Park – a landmark mixed-use project in Bangkok comprising the reimagined Dusit Thani Bangkok, ultra-luxury branded residences, premium office space, a high-end retail centre, and the city’s largest rooftop park – demonstrates Dusit’s ability to deliver complex, integrated developments at scale.

“The momentum achieved in 2025 reflects the strength of Dusit’s long-term strategy and the clarity of our direction as a group,” said Chanin Donavanik, Group Chief Executive Officer, Dusit International. “Our priority has been to build a high-quality, well-balanced portfolio that can perform across market cycles, supported by strong brands and a deep understanding of the destinations we serve. In 2026, we remain focused on disciplined execution and sustainable growth, while staying mindful of the broader economic and geopolitical environment.”

Dusit International, Vice President – Development (Global), Siradej Donavanik said: “Our development strategy has never been about growth for growth’s sake. It is about identifying the right assets, in the right locations, and applying the right brand, operational expertise, and long-term vision to unlock their full potential. Whether through new-builds, conversions, or thoughtfully integrated mixed-use developments that combine hotels and branded residences, our focus is on alignment – between the asset, the market, and the brand – supported by disciplined execution and a clear pathway to sustainable performance. This is how we create long-term value for our partners and deliver experiences that are true to what Dusit stands for.”

Dusit’s global portfolio now comprises 296 properties across 18 countries, including 58 hotels and resorts and 238 luxury villa rentals.
BANGKOK, 23 December 2025: Cannubi by Umberto Bombana at Dusit International’s reimagined flagship hotel, Dusit Thani Bangkok, has been awarded One Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Thailand 2026 – the first time an Italian restaurant in Thailand has received the distinction.

Curated by the renowned Chef Umberto Bombana – best known for his Hong Kong flagship, 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana, the world’s only three-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant outside Italy – Cannubi by Umberto Bombana reflects the chef’s lifelong dedication to exceptional produce, terroir, and refined Italian cooking.

His philosophy is brought to life in Bangkok by his longtime protégé, Executive Italian Chef Andrea Susto, who works with the finest locally sourced and imported ingredients to craft classically rooted dishes refined with contemporary technique. Seasonal à la carte offerings, tasting menus, a set lunch experience, and a celebrated white truffle menu – honouring Bombana’s reputation as The King of White Truffles – are complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine list of more than 350 labels chosen for their heritage, character, and quality.

Cannubi by Umberto Bombana’s design plays an equal role in shaping the dining experience. Situated on the lobby level of the reimagined Dusit Thani Bangkok, the two-level space looks out over the hotel’s dramatic nine-storey waterfall. Inside, the main dining room is crowned with intricately carved golden teakwood panels preserved and meticulously restored from the original hotel’s Benjarong restaurant. These heritage teak elements, combined with flowing lines and atmospheric lighting, create a warmly intimate setting, complemented by private dining rooms accommodating six and twelve guests.

“To be recognised as the first Italian restaurant in Thailand to receive a Michelin Star is a tremendous honour,” said Chef Umberto Bombana. “Cannubi by Umberto Bombana is a project very close to my heart, created to express the truth and soul of Italian cuisine through integrity, passion, and respect for exceptional ingredients. Seeing this spirit recognised in Bangkok means the world to me. I am incredibly proud of Chef Andrea Susto and our entire team. This accolade also reflects the vision of the new Dusit Thani Bangkok, where craftsmanship and creativity shape every detail.”

Cannubi by Umberto Bombana’s Michelin Star adds to a remarkable year for Dusit Thani Bangkok, which, since reopening in September 2024, has received one Michelin Key and earned its place among the world’s top 100 hotels, ranking #60 on the inaugural extended list of The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025. The restaurant’s achievement further strengthens the hotel’s emergence as one of the region’s most compelling new dining destinations, with Pavilion, Dusit Gourmet, 1970 Bar, and the dramatic rooftop venue, Spire Rooftop Bar, among the other standout options.

BANGKOK, 15 December 2025: Dusit Thani College (DTC), Thailand’s first and largest institute dedicated to hospitality education and training under Dusit International, has taken a significant step in advancing its global expansion by partnering with Alkhaleej Training and Education, a leading education provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It enables DTC to fast-track its Talent Opportunity Programme (TOP) to the Kingdom as its first global licence partner, opening the door to further international expansion.

Designed as an affordable and flexible pathway that helps talent get trained, gain experience, and secure a job in six months or less, TOP combines more than 280 hours of intensive practical learning with a two-month classroom phase, followed by a guaranteed four-month internship at leading four- and five-star hotels across the Dusit Hotels and Resorts portfolio and established local partners. Graduates are equipped for entry-level roles in culinary, pastry, food and beverage, and guest service.

Backed by more than 30 years of experience delivering hospitality and vocational training across 60 learning centres nationwide, Alkhaleej Training and Education will provide TOP exclusively at its state-of-the-art training centre in Riyadh, making DTC the first non-Swiss hospitality school to introduce a formal, internationally benchmarked skills-based training pathway in Saudi Arabia.

Alongside the core TOP programme set to launch in January 2026, Alkhaleej will offer specialised ‘TOP UP’ short courses for baristas, concierge professionals, and luxury service roles, as well as B2B upskilling programmes covering digital marketing, food and beverage cost control, housekeeping management, OTA optimisation, pricing strategies, banqueting, and HR. This ensures both individuals and businesses have access to targeted, industry-relevant training solutions that reflect evolving market needs.

Graduates seeking degree-level qualifications will also have a direct pathway to Dusit Thani College’s Bangkok campus, including its four-year BBA programmes in Hospitality Management or Professional Culinary Arts, providing access to internationally recognised education at significantly lower rates than in traditional hospitality destinations such as Switzerland, Australia, the UK, or the US.

“Introducing our TOP programme to the Saudi Arabian market marks another important step in our mission to make high-quality hospitality education accessible to all,” said Dusit Thani College rector Dr Atthawet Prougestaporn. “Through our partnership with Alkhaleej Training and Education, we will equip Saudi talent with internationally benchmarked training, global exposure, practical experience, and the industry confidence needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving market. And the timing could not be more critical, as the Kingdom’s hospitality sector is expanding at unprecedented speed.”

According to the World Travel & Tourism Council, Travel and Tourism is set to contribute more than 10% of Saudi Arabia’s GDP in 2025, with employment in the sector projected to reach 2.7 million jobs. As the country accelerates its tourism transformation, demand for large-scale, high-quality training pathways is rising rapidly, creating significant opportunities for programmes such as TOP to deliver impact at speed.

“By licensing TOP to esteemed international partners such as Alkhaleej, we aim to support national tourism strategies, strengthen local workforces, and create meaningful pathways for upskilling, reskilling, and career transitions through the power of Thai-inspired gracious hospitality,” said Dusit Thani College Executive Director of External Affairs John Lohr.

“We are privileged and honoured to have this opportunity, and we are pleased to share that this is just the beginning. We are already exploring several additional international partnerships that will allow us to bring TOP to more destinations worldwide, and we expect to announce similar licence agreements with collaborators in key countries soon.”

Alkhaleej Training and Education, Chief Executive Officer, Dr Hatem Aldryaan, said: “This partnership reflects our longstanding commitment to empowering national talent across the Kingdom’s most promising sectors. With more than three decades of experience building integrated training ecosystems in Saudi Arabia, we are proud to combine our local expertise with Dusit Thani College’s global educational excellence to deliver a truly impactful programme.

“TOP represents a practical, employment-focused model that directly links training with real job opportunities. It arrives at a pivotal moment for the Kingdom’s tourism and hospitality growth. It will play a vital role in preparing Saudi talent to compete with confidence and global-level standards under Vision 2030.”

The expansion of TOP into Saudi Arabia aligns with Dusit International’s broader long-term commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s hospitality ambitions, not only through education but also through strategic hotel management agreements.

The company is expected to make its debut in hotel management in the Kingdom with the opening of Dusit Princess Al Majma’ah, Riyadh, in Q1 2026 (phase one).

Set to become the first internationally branded hotel in Al Majma’ah and conveniently located next to Majmaah University near the fast-growing Sudair Industrial and Business City, the property will further reinforce Dusit’s commitment to nurturing local talent and contributing meaningfully to the Kingdom’s dynamic future.

About Dusit Thani College
Dusit Thani College (DTC), located in Bangkok and home to more than 3,500 students, is Thailand’s first and largest institute dedicated to hospitality education and training. A subsidiary of Dusit International, one of Southeast Asia’s leading hospitality companies, the college combines academic excellence with practical, real-world experience to nurture students’ holistic development and equip them with the knowledge and skills to excel as global hospitality professionals.
