Patrick Manthe.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining Amari, Manthe held GM positions at Crimson Resort &amp; Spa Mactan and Crimson Resort &amp; Spa Boracay in the Philippines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his new role, Manthe will oversee hotel operations, commercial performance and team development at Avani+ Luang Prabang.
