This year, Respect for the Aged Day falls on Monday, 21 September, while the Autumnal Equinox Day falls on Wednesday, 23 September, making Tuesday, 22 September \u2014 which falls between the two national holidays \u2014 a \u201ccitizen\u2019s holiday.\u201d This creates a five-day break from Saturday, 19 September through Wednesday, 23 September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hong Kong saw a 245% increase, while Barcelona rose 210% and New York 178%.
