Upon opening, guests and residents will be on the doorstep of the city\u2019s main cultural and commercial attractions, including the Central Market, Royal Palace, and National Museum of Cambodia. At the same time, Phnom Penh\u2019s new Techo International Airport is only 20km away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh<\/strong> will comprise 152 rooms and suites with views across the city and Mekong River. Spanning levels 30-60 of the tower, <strong>The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh<\/strong> is slated to become Cambodia\u2019s first ultra-luxury branded residences featuring a collection of residences that will be available for private ownership, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts.
