He conceived industry-first products that raised the standard for traveller trust and was an early champion of AI-first product practices across the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018We are deliberately bringing in leaders who have built and scaled at the highest level of the travel industry.
