RISE 2026 \u2013 Reshaping Hospitality by Empowering Women is built around that gap \u2014 and the practitioners, founders, and emerging voices working to close it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returning on Thursday, 3 September 2026, at SAii Laguna Phuket, RISE&nbsp; brings together a cross-section of Thailand\u2019s hospitality and tourism industry for a focused three-hour program that moves between personal leadership narratives, gender-responsive business practice, and the candid perspectives of the next generation entering the workforce. The event is deliberately not a panel of executives talking about diversity. It is a room of women \u2014 and the professionals who work alongside them \u2014 discussing the realities of building a career, a business, or a brand in an industry that is still recalibrating what leadership looks like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The 2026 programme runs across four themes&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vision and Voice:<\/strong> Examining how personal narrative and values translate into professional authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Systems and Sectors:<\/strong> Engaging UN Women, IHG Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International address what gender-responsive business practice requires at the operational level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emerging Leaders:<\/strong> Providing a platform for young Thai entrepreneurs and student voices to share what the industry must change to earn their commitment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Craft, Communication, and Self: <\/strong>Exploring design, personal brand, inclusion, and the often-unacknowledged performance pressures in professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speakers include hotel owners, global brand directors, independent entrepreneurs, designers, disability-inclusion strategists, and youth panellists drawn from across Thailand\u2019s tourism and business communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RISE 2026 is open to all working in and around Thailand\u2019s hotel, tourism, and hospitality sector.
