{"id":213790,"date":"2022-11-01T06:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T23:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ttrweekly.com\/site\/?p=213790"},"modified":"2022-10-31T20:41:37","modified_gmt":"2022-10-31T13:41:37","slug":"jetblue-and-qatar-expand-codeshare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ttrweekly.com\/site\/2022\/11\/jetblue-and-qatar-expand-codeshare\/","title":{"rendered":"JetBlue and Qatar expand codeshare"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SINGAPORE, 1 November 2022: JetBlue and Qatar Airway are expanding their codeshare agreement to expand flight options between the US and 11 new markets, in eight countries, across Africa and Asia using Doha\u2019s Hamad International Airport (DOH) hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JetBlue codeshare is available on Qatar flights between Doha and:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Accra, Ghana (ACC)<\/li><li>Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (ADD)<\/li><li>Alexandria, Egypt (HBE)<\/li><li>Bangkok, Thailand (BKK)<\/li><li>Cairo, Egypt (CAI)<\/li><li>Denpasar-Bali, Indonesia (DPS)<\/li><li>Harare, Zimbabwe (HRE)<\/li><li>Jakarta, Indonesia (CGK)<\/li><li>Khartoum, Sudan (KRT)<\/li><li>Phuket, Thailand (HKT)<\/li><li>Windhoek, Namibia (WDH)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These 11 new markets will be added to the 13 existing codeshare destinations already available to JetBlue customers within the Qatar Airways Network of Excellence in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTogether with Qatar Airways, we\u2019re connecting more customers to more outstanding destinations, all while providing them with industry-leading experiences onboard our two airlines,\u201d said JetBlue chief executive officer Robin Hayes. \u201cQatar Airways is already our top internationally-based partner for connecting customers across the Americas to its worldwide network, and as we continue to strengthen our relationship, we\u2019re giving travellers various fresh choices for flying to new corners of the globe.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This expanded codeshare agreement builds on the airlines&#8217; partnership in 2011.
