The tour operator handled the\nground arrangements for the first group of Mongolian tourists to enter Vietnam\njust nine days after the country reopened. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Absolute Asia Travel&#8217;s director of sales and\nmarketing, Dong Minh Tuan, 130 Mongolian passengers flew in on 24 March 2022.\nThey travelled on an eight-day trip to Hanoi and Phu Quoc. Cruise Tour Mongolia\nare now planning 15 back-to-back direct flights to Hanoi &#8211; and Absolute Asia\nTravel is their partner for all the arrangements Vietnam-side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The Mongolian market is one that Absolute Asia Travel\nhad never even considered before the pandemic. Our strategy of looking at new\nsources of inbound visitors is starting to pay off now that Vietnam is open.\nWith Southeast and East Asia also reopening, we are keen to start working\ntogether with new Asian partners to showcase all Vietnam offers,&#8221; Dong\nMinh Tuan explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe discovered Phu Quoc Island in January through internet\nresearch and wrote to many tour operators in Vietnam looking for a company to\nsupport us,\u201d said Cruise Tour Mongolia international affairs manager Amar\nMunkhbat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Luckily, we came across Absolute Asia Travel, who were\nprofessional in their communications \u2013 and their quote was one of the most\ncompetitive. The tours have been selling very well and have seen a great deal\nof interest from Mongolian travellers.
