Once you have All Inclusive, you do not have to worry about exchange rates as you spend very little in the country you have chosen. They even do all inclusive cruises these days.
All this contributes very little to the counties they visit. 
In France we don’t have this formula, so the quality of tourists and spending is much higher, and the tourists have very short flights from EU and near , where lots use the train service, even Flixbus and low cost flights. Even drive here.]]></description>
