SINGAPORE, 26 November 2019: Costsaver has launched six new trips for the 2020 season to destinations in Egypt, Europe and Britain.
New itineraries focus on Egypt, Italy, Portugal, Scotland, Turkey and the Baltics, bringing the total Costsaver offering for Europe & Britain to 41 trips.
As part of The Travel Corporation (TTC), Costsaver is backed by TTC’s flagship brand Trafalgar.
Costsaver offers free and easy touring that suits the independent traveller while taking a travel expert takes care of the essentials.
It allows travellers to choose the destination and then leave the planning and logistics to Costsaver’s travel experts known as “travel directors”. They share the ins and outs of each destination.
Trips come with accommodation in three or four-star hotels, daily breakfast, transportation in air-conditioned coaches, and visits to main sites and icons in each destination.

The nine-day Footsteps of the Pharaohs itinerary with fares starting from USD1,750 introduces a number of incredible experiences in Egypt such as sailing on the Nile in a traditional felucca, seeing the treasures of Tutankhamun, exploring the Great Pyramids of Giza, and a visit to the Valley of the Kings to see the burial temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
A seven-day Picturesque Portugal itinerary, with trip fares, has a starting price of USD995. This trip offers a deeper dive into this top-trending country with pristine beaches and amazing seafood. Guests will discover the beautiful streets of Lisbon, the shrine of Fatima, and will hear the stories about the legacy of the Knights Templar in Tomar.
The seven-day Majestic Scotland itinerary has a starting price of USD 1,075. It offers travellers an extensive exploration of the country’s highlights including historic Edinburgh, Loch Lomond and Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain.
Discover the Baltics and Russia is a 17-day trip is priced at USD2,725. It takes in five countries and nine cities including Warsaw, Vilnius, Riga and the Estonian capital of Tallinn, as well as Russia’s two iconic cities of Moscow and St Petersburg.
Costsaver has six different itineraries visiting Italy in 2020, including a brand new 10-day Essence of Italy itinerary. The trip fare starts from USD1,550 visiting some of the most iconic sights in each destination, such as a private cruise through Venice.
