SINGAPORE, 6 September 2019: Customers of Vietjet and Swift247, a tech start-up providing express air delivery services, can use check-in services in downtown Ho Chi Minh City since 2 September.
The ticket office, offering city check-in as well as other services, is located at 60A Truong Son, Ward 2, Tan Binh District.
Passengers will be able to purchase add-on services and receive their boarding passes after completing check-in procedures at the service desks or at self-check-in kiosks. They will also be able to purchase other add-on services.

Checked baggage will also be accepted, and baggage tags will be issued starting 1 November. This will allow Vietjet passengers to enjoy the area’s attractions and services, such as Menas Mall and HD Bank’s digital banking services, without luggage hassles and long queues at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
The new ticket office and Vietjet Plaza service complex are equipped with digital screens to provide updates on all of Vietjet’s flight schedules.
In addition, Vietjet will provide a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes to pick up passengers from the ticket office to the airport. This will also help to reduce crowding at airport check-in counters, particularly at Tan Son Nhat airport. Swift247 has also opened its official service point at the ticket office; operating around the clock every day to provide inter-province express delivery services within Vietnam.
