Hotelbeds expands in-house events

SINGAPORE, 17 September 2019. Hotelbeds says it will expand its successful MarketHub formula for its 2020 events in Asia.

Claiming there is strong demand from customers, Hotelbeds said its MarketHub events from 2020 would be held annually in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The next MarketHub event in the Asia Pacific region will be hosted in Bali this month.

Additionally, Hotelbeds will launch hotelier-focused events in 2020, based on the successful MarketHub format.

The decision to expand the MarketHub concept follows a high return on investment the group experienced by hosting in-house, large-scale events as opposed to attending traditional industry tradeshows.

The group’s MarketHub events are typically attended by up to 600 participants from leading tour operators, airlines, loyalty and points redemption schemes.

They are held annually in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

In 2020, Hotelbeds will add hotelier focused events based on the successful MarketHub format.

Hotelbeds will also increase a series of smaller-scale events for partners in destinations worldwide.

 All the events are three days and by invitation-only in order to bring together key decision-makers and top travel distribution players to make presentations and network.
