BANGKOK, 9 September 2019: Bangkok Airways partners with Shopee, an e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan starting today.
It is part of a promotion called “2019 Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day” and creates awareness for the airline’s new official store and is offering special promotions for Shopee users as well as a chance for users to win free flights on its nine routes.
Bangkok Airways online account director – Europe, Africa, Middle East, Komkrich Ngamwongwirot said: “We have jointly introduced a new plane design and this partnership. I am confident that our partnership with Shopee will allow our airlines to grow its e-commerce business and help us reach new markets.”
The new colours will be seen on aircraft
flying to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Krabi, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Mumbai,
Da Nang, Mandalay, Yangon, Vientiane and Nha Trang.
Some branded merchandise products will be sold on the
inflight Shopee store.
