TAT sets up meeting Doctor A to Z

-

BANGKOK, 30 August 2019: The Tourism Authority of Thailand is partnering with a Thailand-based medical tourism portal to conduct its first online health and wellness roadshow in Bahrain.

More than a 100 travel trade representatives specialising in the health and wellness, as well as business people, and the media from Bahrain and the Gulf region have been invited to log in to Amazing Thailand Health and Wellness Roadshow which will offer the portal’s services tagged “Doctor A to Z” (www.doctoratoz.co).

Sessions will be organised for both B2B and B2C audiences. Hosted in Bahrain, 17 September, the event will be led by TAT deputy governor for Europe Africa Middle East and the Americas, Srisuda Wanapinyosak.

She will be joined by Doctor A to Z chief executive officer Dr Anucha Panoi.

Bahrain was chosen as the first city for the offshore launch of this service because it is still generating positive numbers of health and wellness visitors to Thailand. Srisuda said: “Although there is fierce competition in the health and wellness sector, Thailand is still a popular destination due to the high quality of our products, services and facilities, as well as other factors; such as, value for money, personalised care and good holiday opportunities for family members.”
