TAT goes mobile with a van

BANGKOK, 15 August 2019: The Tourism Authority of Thailand is launching its latest promotional initiative, ‘TAT Mobile Car’ to deliver information to tourists as they tour the capital city’s sights.

The TAT Mobile Car will be stationed at various tourist enclaves around Bangkok from Wednesday to Sunday, 1200 to 1900 at various locations for a three-month period.

Managed by TAT’s Marketing Communications Department, the TAT Mobile Car is a converted minivan decorated with TAT’s ‘Amazing Thailand’ branding and is manned by English and Chinese speaking staff.

Tourists can obtain tourism information as well as assistance from the staff, ask for brochures, or scan tourism information using QR codes.
