Vietjet’s free deal ends today

-

SINGAPORE, 25 July 2019: To underscore its partnership with Google that will promote travel to Vietnam, Vietjet released 1.5 million tickets at zero dollar cost but the deal expires later today.

At best Vietjet gives potential customers just two days to catch the free base fares. Passengers still need to pay surcharges and tax.

Promotional tickets can only be obtained online at www.vietjetair.com, Vietjet’s mobile app “Vietjet Air” or directly on Google Flights.

Together with Google Flights, Vietjet will promote Vietnam as an attractive tourist destination on a global platform to both Vietnamese and international travellers.

The partnership with Google will not only introduce all of Vietjet’s direct routes to Google Flights but also present fares higher up the page giving Vietnam considerably more prominence that non-partner airlines.

The offer on promotional tickets is open just from 1300 to 1500 (GMT+8) today and is applicable on all of Vietjet’s routes, including daily return flights between Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

However, the airline gives bargain hunters a break by offering promotional tickets for all routes connecting Vietnam and Japan until midnight 25 July. The promotional tickets are valid for travel from 5 September to 31 December for domestic routes and 5 September 2019 to 25 June 2020 for international routes.
