Vietjet adds Busan service

SINGAPORE, 19 July 2019: Vietjet launched its latest international route earlier this week connecting the famous beachside city of Nha Trang with Busan, South Korea.

Vietjet is the first carrier to operate a direct route between the two destinations, making it the airline’s ninth service between Vietnam and South Korea.

The Nha Trang to Busan route operates four return flights per week on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Representatives from Cam Ranh International Terminal Company, Saigon Ground Services and Vietjet with cabin crew of the inaugural flight.

With a flight time of four hours and 40 minutes per sector, the flight departs from Nha Trang at 2350 (local time) and arrives at Busan at 0630.

The return flight departs from Busan at 0805 and arrives in Nha Trang at 1045.

Busan is a bustling seaport and the second biggest city in Korea. It is best known for shopping and entertainment attractions, as well as its famous seafood markets and sightseeing experiences.

Nha Trang has also become a favourite beach destination in Vietnam, attracting travellers with its long beaches.

Earlier this year, Vietjet won “the Best Service Foreign Low-Cost Carrier” award presented by Korea Economic Daily newspaper.
