BANGKOK, 4 July 2019: Bangkok Airways’ Passenger Service System will go off-line 13 to 14 July when online reservations, ticketing, inventory and departure control system are temporarily suspended.

Downtime on these two days will also mean passengers need to have print- outs of their tickets and itinerary and they should allow extra time to check-in as the process will be manual.

The airline is migrating its passenger service system to the Amadeus Altéa Suite and this will force the airline to end all online processes from 1900 on 13 July to 0600 on 14 July.

It will impact on flight bookings, flight modifications and self-check-in services on both www.bangkokair.com and its Call Center 1771.

Also, web check-in, mobile check-in, and kiosk check-in will be unavailable for a longer period from 2200 11 July to 0600 on 15 July.

The airline advises passengers to finalise all the travel bookings ahead of 13 July to avoid the down times.

Passengers travelling during the transition period are encouraged to arrive early at airports at least two hours for domestic flights and three hours for international flights and ensure they have paper copies of their confirmed e-ticket and itinerary.
