BANGKOK, 31 July 2019: AirAsia’s loyalty programme branded “BIG” has teamed up with TrueYou, a Thailand centric digital lifestyle platform to improve redemption options.
The deal will offer bonus points and exchange of rewards between the loyalty schemes of the two corporations.
It’s the first AirAsia BIG partnership in Thailand that will enable True customers to redeem TruePoints for the airline’s services. They will be able to collect points on True that can be used to book flights to150 destinations in AirAsia’s domestic and international network.
They will also be able to convert BIG Points to TruePoints once the systems talk to each other.
AirAsia BIG Thailand country head Bawornpak Siripanich said: “Around 3 million BIG members in Thailand will benefit from this partnership, especially those who are online and mobile users of the TrueYou/ TrueID platforms.
The partnership means both BIG Members and True customers can redeem their points for AirAsia flights, hotels and activities and vice versa convert BIG Points to TruePoint to redeem a range of lifestyle and experience from TrueYou and CP Group partners.”
The conversion rate of 1 TruePoint = 1 BIG Point is available to members who have a minimum of 1000 TruePoint. Also, members who convert TruePoint to BIG Points through to 31 August will receive a 50% BIG points bonus.
