THAI menu for Swiss anniversary

BANGKOK, 19 June 2019: Thai Airways International celebrates its 35th Anniversary flying travellers between Bangkok and Zurich.

To mark the anniversary, the airline is serving inflight dining inspired by a Michelin Star Chef.

The special menu is Graved Perch with Remoulade, Cucumber and Absinthe, Slow Cooked Beef Neck with Potato Gratin, Carrots, Mushrooms, Pearl Onions and Braising Sauce, and Sauteed Cod with Crustacean Sauce, Capsicum and Potato Fennel Brandade.

Served from 1 July onwards the special inflight menu is available to Royal Silk passengers on the Zurich-Bangkok route.

THAI has been operating daily direct flights between Bangkok and Zurich since 4 November 1984.
