THAI says thanks for feedback

-

BANGKOK, 22 May 2019: One lucky THAI passenger won a roundtrip ticket to Thailand for just taking the time to complete the airline’s customer satisfaction survey.

The survey is carried out annually to measure customer responses to Thai Airways’ products and services.

Some of the survey responses are pulled out of a hat randomly to win roundtrip tickets.

Seen here: Malu Duenas (first from left), district sales manager, Philippines, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited and Donnette Sison (third from left), THAI ticketing and reservations manager, presenting two roundtrip economy class tickets to Lyra Blanco (centre) winner of the lucky draw.

The e-THAI customer satisfaction survey has been conducted on a continual basis since 1997. Survey results are used towards product and service development, as well as serving customer needs.
