SINGAPORE, 30 May 2019: Holiday Inn Express hotels in Asia are offering free meeting venues based on a booking of a minimum of 10 rooms.
The ‘Meet for Free’ deal runs through to 1 March 2020 for all participating Holiday Inn Express properties in Asia. (See the list below).
The venue deal comes with assistance from on-site experienced event planners, complimentary breakfast and lunch.
At the meeting venue, groups get the use of whiteboards, flip charts, markers, LCD projectors, audio-visual equipment, free Wi-Fi and on-site technical support.
In addition, there are F&B perks including a morning welcome reception, unlimited coffee, tea for the duration of the event and two meeting breaks with three snack items.
Travellers who are IHG Business Rewards members also earn to double IHG Rewards Club points for every qualified booking made between by 1 August for rooms, meetings and events (up to USDD20,000 per event) taking place before 31 August.
Additionally, travellers can earn 3 IHG points for every USD1 spent until 30 September 2019 for rooms, meetings and events taking place from by 1 March 2020.
