PG adds to north Thailand fleet

BANGKOK 8 April 2019: Bangkok Airways took deliver of its latest aircraft an ATR72-600 during a ceremony held at Suvarnabhumi Airport last week.

The 70 seats ATR model 72-600 will be used to boost services out of its Chiang Mai hub such as Chiang Mai–Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai–Yangon (Myanmar), Chiang Mai–Mandalay (Myanmar), Chiang Mai–Hanoi (Vietnam) and also the newly-launched Chiang Mai–Luang Prabang (Laos) route.

Currently, Bangkok Airways’ fleet consists of 41 aircrafts; 4 ATR72-500s, 12 ATR72-600s, 16 A319s and 9 A320s.
