BANGKOK: 14 March 2019: The funeral of Alwin Zecha, chairman and founder of Pacific Leisure Group, will be held at 1300, Saturday 16 March, at Rangsit Methodist Church and Crematorium.
Friends who are resident in downtown Bangkok can meet at the city’s Samitivej Hospital, 133 Sukhumvit, Soi 49, where a bus departing at 1130 will transfer mourners to the church. However, to ensure adequate transport mourners should contact the family, or Pacific Leisure in advance.
For those who intend to go direct to the church, it is located north of Rangsit, on the outskirts of Bangkok, 29 km from Don Mueang International Airport.
The church is located in a small lane off the northbound highway 9 before Klong Luang and the turning for Dhammakaya Temple. From Don Mueang Airport take highway 1 to Rangsit turn right on to Highway 305 and then left on to Highway 9. Transfer time around 40 minutes.
