New cycle tours explore Asian rivers

-

BANGKOK, 20 March 2019: Grasshopper Adventures, launches three adventure packages valid through 2020 that feature boat and bikes on routes following three famous rivers.

The adventure trips feature boat and bike travel along the Mekong River in Cambodia and Vietnam, the Brahmaputra in India and the River Kwai in Thailand.

Grasshopper Adventures partners with popular riverboat operators in Asia to combine cycling and river cruising.

The itineraries use ships under private charter to Grasshopper Adventures and are escorted by a Grasshopper tour leader.

Grasshopper Adventures’ founder Adam Platt-Hepworth said: “With these new tours we are able to welcome non-cycling partners or friends and will have special activities on, or near the riverboats, planned for them each day while the riders are out on the bikes. It’s like having a portable hotel.”
