THAI: Lucky draw for survey participants

BANGKOK, 15 February 2019: THAI selected the winners of its lucky draw for the latest Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS) earlier this week.

Thai Airways International executive vice president, commercial, Wiwat Piyawiroj, (third from left) presided over the draw.

The lucky draw was held at THAI Head Office for passengers who travelled with THAI in 2018 and completed the THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS).

Also present were Viroj Sirihorachai (first from left) THAI vice president revenue management and commercial services; Priyasiri Juathes (second from left) THAI vice president product and guest experience department; Nond Kalinta (fourth from left) THAI vice president sales; Sorranee Radtanajiravong (fifth from left) THAI director of customer relations & service quality and Supaporn Naktae (sixth from left) governing officer investigation and legal affairs bureau, department of interior.

The lucky winner for each month of the year will receive two free confirmed economy class roundtrip tickets for travel with THAI.

The names of the 12 winners will be announced in the March 2019 print edition of Sawasdee Magazine and on www.thaiairways.com.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS) has been conducted since 1997. Survey results are used for product and service development.
