DENPASAR, 7 February 2019: Representatives of airports around the world will meet in Bali for the World Conference on Terminal Comfort, 2 to 5 September.

Organised by Airports Council International (ACI), the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit 2019 will officially be hosted by Indonesia’s state-owned airport management company, Angkasa Pura.

Antara news agency noted that this would be the second ACI Customer Experience Global Summit following the inaugural event held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, last year.

According to Bali Discovery around 400 delegates representing airports from around the world will visit Bali during the conference week.

Director-general of ACI World, Angela Gittens, said ACI Customer Global Summit helped airport operators to understand the “ever-changing and dynamic needs of travellers using airports.”
