Vietjet launches Osaka service

SINGAPORE, 21 November 2018: Vietjet is now flying a daily service between Hanoi and Osaka’s Kansai International Airport.

The airline’s newest route connects the two cities known for their culture and tourism, while meeting the travel demands of both tourists and locals between Vietnam and Japan.

The Hanoi to Osaka flight takes four hours departing from Hanoi at 0140 and arriving in Osaka at 0750.

The return flight takes off at 0920 and lands in Hanoi at 1305.

This route also marks the first codeshare service between Vietjet and Japan Airlines.

Vietjet’s new service to Osaka brings the carrier’s destinations to 64 with a network that spans 11 countries.

The airline will soon launch two other routes to Japan from Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City-Osaka (Kansai) route from 14 December and Hanoi-Tokyo (Narita) route from 11 January, 2019.
