Rewarding long-service staff

PATTAYA, 30 November 2018: Royal Cliff Hotels Group supports staff with 61 merit-based scholarships for children of the group’s staff.

The annual presentation of scholarships is part of the group’s human resources programme to support and encourage long serving staff, who have worked for the group’s hotels for numerous years.

It is just one of many loyalty programmes for the group’s staff to reward long service.

A pioneer of the tourism industry in Pattaya, the Royal Cliff Hotels Group was established with the opening of the 106-room Royal Cliff Beach Terrace in 1973.

Today, it has close to 1,000 rooms in the Royal Cliff Beach Terrace, Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, Royal Cliff Grand Hotel and Royal Wing Suites & Spa.

In addition, the properties offer a diversity of restaurants, spas, health centre and Pattaya’s largest state-of-the art exhibition centre.

Some of staff members have been working at the property since it first opened.
