BANGKOK, 28 November 2018: There’s just two days left to buy a Qantas ‘Black Friday, Black FlyDay special fare from Thailand to Australia and New Zealand.
The airline is offering special fares to the two destinations through to 2359 on 30 November.
And if you travel together with someone, you will get 30% off the second fare.
A check of comparison fare site, Skyscanner, suggest Qantas is offering a great deal at over THB15,000 off the booking site’s best fare. THAI sells a roundtrip fare to Sydney at THB59,735, while the site quotes the lowest Qantas fare at THB35,674 and Emirates at THB38,400.
Auckland is served by one-stop services from Bangkok with the exception of THAI. The stop enroute adds to the end-to-end travel time even on Qantas through its Sydney hub. However, its Black Friday deal at THB22,310 betters its best fare posted on Skyscanner at THB38,715. The travel time end-to-end is 24 hours. THAI offers a nonstop service taking 11 hours and costing THB36,775 and CX, one stop via Hong Kong at THB35,510, has a travel time of 18 hours.
The Qantas ‘Black Friday’ deals’ travel periods for economy passengers are valid from 30 November to 13 December, 24 December to 1 January 2019, 30 January to 11 April and 30 April to 9 July 2019.
Travel periods for business passengers are valid from 24 December to 1 January 2019, 30 January to 11 April and 30 April to 9 July 2019. Duration of stay cannot exceed a year after departure date from Thailand.
